7 Day Safari at Masai Mara, Amboseli and Lake Naivasha Parks from Nairobi

1st day : Naivasha

7:00 Departure from Nairobi to Lake Naivasha. 9:00 Arrival in Naivasha, pirogue ride on the lake (1 hour) to see hippos and birds. 10:20 Departure for the Masai Mara. Last stop in town on the road to stock snacks and drinks before the jungle. Arrival at the chosen hotel in the afternoon. 3:45 PM Photo safari when the sun goes down and the wildlife emerges from the shadows. 18:30 Return to the hotel. Campfire lit by Masai guards, drinks and stories of stories of their culture and way of life that has remained unchanged for thousands of years. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

2nd day : Masai Mara

06:30 Breakfast and departure for a full day safari drive along the savanna plains of the Mara. Possible stop to the Mara River to see hippos and crocodiles. 13:00 Picnic and short rest. Resume safari for the afternoon until evening. Back to camp at the end of the day. Possibility to visit a local Maasai village. Note that tips are given to Masai when visiting their village. Dinner and overnight at the lodge / camp.

3rd day : Masai Mara-Nakuru

Breakfast. Road to the Lake Nakuru National Reserve. Safari in the reserve until the lodge. Installation and lunch. Afternoon safari. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

4th day : Nakuru-Amboseli

Departure in the morning after breakfast, drive to Amboseli National Park. Camp installation, lunch and rest. 16:00 Safari at Amboseli Park. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

5th day : Amboseli

Start at dawn to get around the swamps of Enkongo fed permanently by the snows of Kilimanjaro where the herds of elephants are concentrated. Passing the edge of the Ol Tukai palm forest where lions hide. Picnic in the Amboseli National Park. Return to the lodge / camp for dinner around a campfire and overnight under the tent.

6th day : Amboseli-Tsavo Est

Breakfast and departure for Tsavo East (3h30 liaison). The landscape of Tsavo East is a plain with red soil. Baobabs and animals can be seen more closely, such as "red" elephants. Safari to the lodge. 12:00 Installation at the chosen lodge, lunch and rest. Safari in the afternoon until sunset. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

7th day : Tsavo Est-Mombasa

Breakfast. Safari in Tsavo East National Park. Back to Mombasa with lunch on the road. 18:00 Arrival at Diani.
